Wash N' Roll Car Wash - Franklin, TN

WARNING!!! I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. I was signed up for a subscription without my consent. When I contacted customer support, they couldn’t provide any record of my personal information or even my vehicle’s license plate—yet they still had my card on file and charged me. This raises serious concerns about how they handle billing and customer data.

Predatory and outright lying behavior by their salesperson at the kiosk, with zero help or acknowledgement of a problem from the company. I pulled up and started to buy a bronze wash for $12. Of course he walks over to interrupt me using the kiosk to tell me about their "special" that is running that gives me a free month of unlimited washes for the price of the bronze wash. I said all I wanted was a bronze wash, but he was pushy as could be (I said no 2-3 times). I know car washes are salesy for their subscriptions, and all I wanted was the bronze wash, but I clarified with him it was the same $12 as if I'd just bought a bronze wash? He confirmed. I asked if it was something I could cancel anytime before being charged the second month? He said yes. He even went so far as to tell me I could hold onto the sticker and put it in a different vehicle than the one I was in (which I'm sure is against his company policy). So, against my better judgement because I just wanted to get out of the interaction, I said sure. He had me sign something (which I'm pretty sure I remember he wrote $12 on to show me the price we agreed to) and I went on my way. Later checked my credit card st

They had the worst customer service. I only wanted one basic wash, but when I got to the screen to order it, the worker refused to let me press the button for it saying “it’s the business model”. If you are going to have kiosks then let us use them. He was also very pushy about us getting the unlimited plan. I didn’t want to deal with it anymore so I backed out and left. Don’t waste your time and money there.

I was visiting Franklin, TN and decided to wash my truck. I found the Wash N Roll and when I pulled in I was immediately greeted by Eric, who I assume is their best employee! Eric was very friendly and went out of his way to help me when he surely didn’t have to. The facility was very well kept and did a great job washing my truck. Overall a fantastic experience. I will most definitely be back here again. Also to the management, give Eric a raise. The way he treats customers is why you have such a fantastic business, instead of just another car wash. Well done, Joshua

I had a great experience at this place! The design of the building is pretty cool, and the prices weren’t horrible. By the end the car was super clean and well dried. Overall this place definitely did the job well and I’d highly recommend stopping by here for all your car wash needs!
